**We are hiring for an easy Tele Calling/Verification/Sales Call Executive Job**

We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Tele Calling/Verification Call Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers to confirm their orders, verify their shipping information, NDR (non delivery report) and abandoned cart recovery. Your friendly and professional communication skills will contribute to a positive customer experience and help us build lasting relationships with our clientele.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Contact customers via phone to confirm their orders and verify/update customer shipping information in a spreadsheet, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.

Address any customer queries or concerns related to their orders with patience and professionalism.

NDR customer calling and collaborating with courier customer support team to resolve any issues or discrepancies if any.

Convert abandoned cart to sales by contacting customer via call/WhatsApp.

Document customer interactions and order details accurately in our system.

**Requirements**:
Good verbal communication skills with a polite and clear phone manner.

Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and verification.

Customer-centric attitude and the ability to handle inquiries and concerns effectively.

Basic computer skills for data entry and order verification using google sheets.

1-2 yrs of experience in a customer service or telemarketing role will be highly considered.

**Qualifications**:
Good English is required, and additional language skills are a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to providing excellent customer experience.
