Job Title: Tele calling Executive

Location: Delhi (jhilmil,shahdara)

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1.Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads.

2.Present and explain the features and benefits of our products/services to prospective clients.

3.Identify and qualify sales opportunities through active listening and effective questioning.

4.Record and maintain accurate information about the customer's requirements, preferences, and feedback.

5.Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.

6.Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.

7.Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers.

8.Provide information to customers regarding product/service inquiries.

9.Handle customer objections and ensure effective resolution.

10.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.

11.Update the customer database with relevant information.

12.Stay informed about the features and benefits of the products/services to answer customer queries effectively.

**Requirements**:
1.Proven experience in tele calling or telemarketing.

2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3.Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

4.Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

5.Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

6.Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently.

7.High energy level and a positive attitude.

8.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

9.Good time management and organizational skills.

10.Previous experience in a similar role in Out bond process will be an added advantage.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.

Proven experience in tele calling or telemarketing.

Familiarity with products/services is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Content producer (video): 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
