
Tele Calling Executive

As a Tele Calling Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone with the aim to promote, sell, and secure orders for products or services. Your duties will include understanding customer needs, offering solutions and support, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You will also be required to keep accurate records of conversations and sales made, as well as follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential customers to present company products and services.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- **Sales Conversion**: Convert leads into sales by explaining product features, pricing, and benefits persuasively.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through effective follow-up and communication.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
- **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper customer handoff and follow-up on customer inquiries.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Tele Calling Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet target.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Sales or Marketing will be a plus.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
