Position: Order Fulfillment Associate

Experience Required: 1+ year in e-commerce order processing (Shopify preferred)

Location: [Kottayam]

Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing and Dispatch:

- Manage Shopify orders from placement to dispatch.
- Verify order details for accuracy and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate shipping and generate shipping labels using Shopify or third-party tools.

2. Quality Control:

- Conduct quality checks on products before packing to ensure they meet company standards.
- Address and rectify any product defects or discrepancies before dispatch.

3. Packing and Packaging:

- Safely and neatly pack products as per the brand’s packaging guidelines.
- Ensure appropriate labeling and tagging for all orders.
- Maintain adequate stock of packing materials and report shortages.

4. Inventory Coordination:

- Assist with updating inventory levels on Shopify as orders are processed.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to restock products when required.

5. Customer Support Assistance:

- Communicate with the customer support team to address order-related inquiries.
- Help resolve issues such as returns, exchanges, or shipping delays.

6. Reporting:

- Maintain daily records of processed orders and dispatched shipments.
- Provide updates on shipping timelines and any challenges faced during order fulfillment.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience in Shopify order management (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of packaging and shipping procedures.
- Strong attention to detail for quality control checks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
