Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the architecture, design and implementation of scalable eCommerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in modern technologies such as React/Next.js frameworks, Java, middleware platforms like Boomi or MuleSoft, and experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in delivering scalable, secure and performant eCommerce solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management and Business Stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Define and enforce best practices for secure, scalable and maintainable eCommerce architecture.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for inclusion in the architecture.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years of overall IT experience with significant leadership experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of eCommerce platforms, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Expertise in Order Management Systems and strong hands-on experience with React, Next.js and Java.
  • Proven track record in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a consumer-focused or retail/eCommerce environment.
  • Certification in Salesforce Commerce Cloud or MuleSoft.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
