Job Overview

People are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic architect to join their team. As a key member of the architecture department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable architectures for enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, design, and implement end-to-end solution architectures for enterprise-grade applications.
  • Drive discussions around microservices, event-driven systems, REST APIs, and API governance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across global teams, providing technical leadership and direction.
  • Provide guidance in Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) when required.
  • Architect solutions leveraging cloud technologies and related services.
  • Evaluate and integrate Generative AI, RAG workflows, vector databases, and search solutions into enterprise systems.
  • Mentor engineering teams, fostering collaboration and technical growth.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Contribute to frontend discussions with knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and modern UI practices.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3 years in architecture roles.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms.
  • Expertise in Python frameworks.
  • Experience in microservices, event-driven patterns, REST APIs, and API governance.
  • Exposure to Generative AI, RAG pipelines, vector databases.
  • Strong communication and technical leadership skills.
  • Hands-on experience in solution delivery.
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies.
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle complex challenges.
  • Team-oriented with a mentoring attitude.

Good to Have:

  • Azure certification.
  • Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases.
