Job Title: Lead AI Solutions Architect

Job Description:

You will lead and mentor a team of engineers and data scientists to create innovative AI solutions.

  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative work environment and guide your team towards successful project delivery.
  • Clean Code & Development: Write efficient, maintainable Python code for machine learning systems.
  • Model Engineering: Design, build, and deploy machine learning models using end-to-end solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Data Science Lifecycle: Implement end-to-end data science processes from data preprocessing to deployment.
  • Database Management: Manage and retrieve data effectively using SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • API Development: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using Python web frameworks like Flask and Django.
  • Debugging & Optimization: Diagnose issues and optimize code for performance improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Python Expertise: 5 years of hands-on experience with Python programming.
  • ML/DL Experience: 5 years of experience building Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
  • Deep Learning Frameworks: Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • Web Frameworks: Solid experience with Flask and Django for API development.
  • Core Libraries: Strong expertise in NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, SpaCy, NLTK, and HuggingFace Transformers.
