Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure seamless functionality across our NetSuite ERP, Salesforce CRM, Shopify eCommerce, and Celigo integrations.

  • Develop comprehensive test plans for key workflows:
  • NetSuite: Order-to-cash, inventory, and financial processes.
  • Salesforce: Lead-to-opportunity, CPQ, and Service Cloud cases.
  • Shopify: Checkout, payment gateways, and product synchronizations.
  • Celigo: Validate data mappings (e.g., Shopify NetSuite orders).

In this role, you will execute manual and automated tests for releases, patches, and integrations. You will also be responsible for verifying real-time data syncs between systems, debugging API failures, and auditing error logs.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance with expertise in NetSuite ERP and iPaaS tools.
  • Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Shopify, or Celigo is a plus.
  • Testing Tools:
    • Postman/Swagger (API testing).
    • Selenium/Playwright (UI automation).
    • Playwright/Rest Assured (API Automation)
    • Jira/Xray (test management).
    • Platform-Specific Knowledge:
    • NetSuite: Saved searches, Suite Script, CSV imports.
    • Salesforce: Flows, validation rules, Apex triggers.
    • Shopify: Liquid templating, GraphQL API.
    • Celigo: Integration flows, error handling.

If you have certifications like NetSuite Suite Foundation, Salesforce Admin, or Celigo iPaaS, that's a bonus. Our ideal candidate has an analytical mindset, can collaborate effectively, and is proactive in flagging risks before production deploys.
