Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

The primary function of a Quality Assurance Specialist is to ensure that all processes meet the desired standards. This role requires a deep understanding of organizational performance and its impact on customer satisfaction.

  • The Quality Assurance Specialist will conduct regular audits to assess the quality of our interactions with customers.
  • He or she will monitor calls, emails, and other forms of communication to evaluate the technical accuracy, customer service skills, and overall demeanor of our team members.
  • Based on these assessments, the specialist will develop strategies to improve performance and ensure adherence to company policies.
