Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Create and manage product postings on online marketplaces such as OfferUp, Facebook Marketplace, and Craigslist
  • Conduct research to determine pricing benchmarks and provide recommendations to ensure accurate pricing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on product listings and remove or update postings as necessary
  • Enhance existing postings by adding more complete information and optimizing for customer engagement
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, online postings, or e-commerce operations
  • Strong English communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently during designated hours
  • Experience with online marketplaces and customer support platforms is an advantage
