Client Support Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Support Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients through various communication channels.


Job Description:

You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior support personnel when necessary.


Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently, either independently or with the assistance of senior support personnel.
  • Document all client interactions and resolve any discrepancies or complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including issue resolution, client feedback, and any relevant documentation.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. You should also have a strong understanding of business operations and processes, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
