Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Manager located in Bengaluru. The Customer Service Support Manager will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving customer issues. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring performance, developing support strategies, handling escalations, and improving service processes.
