Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Advisor located in Vadavathoor,Kottayam. The Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing customer-focused service, handling customer inquiries, and facilitating aftersales services. The role involves clear communication with customers to understand their needs, providing appropriate solutions, and maintaining a high level of customer service throughout the service process.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Aftersales service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Minimum 2 yearPrevious experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Automotive Technology or related field is preferred
