Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Solutions Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to leverage their analytical expertise and technical skills to deliver successful consulting engagements. As a Business Solutions Specialist, you will work closely with client stakeholders and business users, as well as cross-functional delivery teams, to gather and document solution requirements.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Gather Requirements
    • Conduct one-on-one or small group interview sessions to collect required use cases, functional requirements, and technical requirements in order to develop requirement documentation.
  • Provide Analytical Expertise
    • Utilize analytical skills to identify, evaluate, and document e-commerce system requirements and procedures that are cost-effective and meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Consultation
    • Offer consultation services to client stakeholders and business users in Omni-channel-specific business topics, including product catalog modeling, inventory management, customer service, b2b customer management, b2b procurement, demand generation, promotion strategy, cross-channel commerce, and more.
  • Develop Documentation
    • Develop user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams to communicate engagement scope to client and delivery team members.
  • Accountability
    • Be accountable to complete assigned work within time specified and communicate status if task delivery dates are at risk.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work with other project delivery team members towards the resolution of business or systems issues.
  • E-commerce Data Management
    • Understand e-commerce data structures, collect product catalogue data from client business users, manipulate data for import into eCommerce system and identify data gaps, and perform product data imports into eCommerce system (project dependent).
  • System Demonstrations and Training
    • Provide system demonstrations and training to client business users.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Develop test plans, write manual/automated test scripts, and define acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality project deliverables (project dependent).
