Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls following provided scripts.
- Explain products/services and address potential customer inquiries.
- Capture and maintain accurate customer records.
- Meet daily/monthly sales or appointment targets.
- Uphold professional standards and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Provide timely and courteous responses to customer inquiries.
- Establish and nurture positive customer relationships.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Identify and escalate urgent issues according to established protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass.
- Fluent in both Hindi and English.
- Age between 18 to 30 years.
- Previous experience in outbound calling preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
