**Position**: Outbound Voice Process Executive
**Location**: Bangalore, India
**Shift Timings**: Day Shift
**Work Type**: On Site

**Qualification**: 12th
**Age**: 18 - 30 years
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Conduct product demonstrations or presentations over the phone.
- Answer customer queries and address concerns effectively.
- Follow-up with customers to close sales or schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and meet business goals.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing preferred.
- Persuasive and influential with strong negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
**Shifts**:
- Rotational Shift for boys: 1st Shift 7am to 4pm & last shift 4pm to 1am.
- Day Rotational shift for girls: 1st Shift 7am to 4pm & last shift 11am to 8pm.
- Rotational Week Off
**Salary**: 15000 in hand + Incentives
**Qualification**: 12th & Above
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Schedule:
