Inbound (Voice) Customer Care

**Location**: Bangalore

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing preferred.
- Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
- Strong negotiation and objection handling skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

**Additional Details**:

- **Languages Required**: Good proficiency in English and Hindi
- **Shifts**:

- Rotational shifts for boys: 7 am to 4 pm and 4 pm to 1 am
- Day rotational shifts for girls: 7 am to 4 pm and 11 am to 8 pm
- **Rotational Week Off**:

- **Salary**: INR 15,000 in hand + Incentives
- **Qualification**: Minimum 12th grade and above
- The job involves handling inbound calls from customers, focusing on sales and customer care.
- You will be expected to use your communication skills to effectively handle customer inquiries, provide information about products/services, and persuade customers to make purchases.
- Experience in outbound sales or telemarketing is preferred, indicating a strong emphasis on sales-oriented communication.
- A goal-oriented approach with self-motivation is crucial, aligning with the company's drive for business growth through outbound sales efforts.

**Application Process**:

- Given the rotational shifts and language requirements, proficiency in English and Hindi is essential.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is beneficial for this role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
