**Job Summary**:
As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their queries, promoting products and services, and providing timely solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your communication skills, grow within a dynamic company, and gain expertise in customer service and sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide excellent customer service and support.
- Promote and sell company products/services to potential customers.
- Address customer concerns or issues, providing clear and accurate information.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Achieve sales targets and other performance metrics as set by the company.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Provide solutions to customers' queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with customers as required to ensure their issues are resolved.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Languages**: Proficiency in **English** + any two South Indian languages (Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu).
- **Education**: Minimum **12th pass**.
- **Experience**: 0 to 3 years (Freshers are welcome).
- **Skills**:

- Basic computer knowledge.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
