**Description**: Join our team as a CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES for Voice & Sales process. You'll play a vital role in our customer service process, guiding prospects through their initial inquiries to successful sales conversions. Your responsibilities will include presenting product solutions virtually, meeting revenue targets, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Guide prospects from initial contact to qualified phase over the phone.
- Present product solutions virtually.
- Generate revenue by counseling prospects and converting them to sales.
- Meet and exceed pipeline contribution goals.
- Respond promptly to assigned leads.
- Be accountable to weekly and monthly metrics.
- Utilize and become proficient in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Work from office only.
- Versant 4 to 6 for voice proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Shift timings:

- For Male: 24*7 / For Female Employees: 7 am - 7 pm Window.
- 6 days working with no fixed off.
- Ability and willingness to learn.
- Courteous with a strong customer service orientation.
- Good listening and responding skills.
- Willingness to take up challenges and go the extra mile.
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
