Position : Outbound Voice Process Executive

**Shift Timings**: Day Shift
**Work Type**: On Site

**Skills Required**: Excel, Computer
**Experience**: 0 - 3 years
**Qualification**: 12th
**Age**: 18 - 30 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Making outbound calls to potential customers.
- Introducing products/services and explaining their benefits.
- Conducting product demonstrations or presentations over the phone.
- Addressing customer questions and concerns effectively.
- Following up with customers to close sales or schedule appointments.
- Maintaining accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing preferred.
- Persuasion and influencing skills.
- Strong negotiation and objection handling abilities.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Position 2: Inbound Voice Process

**Process**: Inbound (Voice)
**Languages**: Good English + Hindi
**Shifts**:

- Rotational shifts for boys (7am to 4 pm & 4 pm to 1 am)
- Day rotational shifts for girls (7am to 4 pm & 11 am to 8 pm)
- Rotational week offs

**Salary**: 15,000 INR in hand + Incentives
**Qualification**: 12th & Above

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
