**Responsibilities -**
- Coordination with Customer Success Manager & Client team in order to execute the day to day operational tasks.
- Report on project performance/project risks, issue logs, and their resolution to management.
- Providing technical support to external clients when required
- Maintaining and updating technical documents (knowledge base) and procedures
- Identifying and resolving operational and transactional issues
- Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organisation’s systems
- Developing reports for teams across the business
