**Key Responsibilities**:
Operational Oversight:
Supervise day-to-day activities in manufacturing, quality assurance, procurement, or sales, depending on department.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production schedules, resource allocation, and timely delivery.

Implement best practices to maximize productivity and maintain safety standards.

Project and Resource Management:
Plan and manage projects, including product launches, upgrades, and process improvements.

Allocate resources, manage budgets, and optimize costs while achieving project milestones.

Team Leadership and Development:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of professionals to ensure a high-performing work environment.

Conduct performance reviews, set goals, and provide training opportunities to enhance team skills and productivity.

Quality and Compliance:
Ensure all operations comply with quality standards, industry regulations, and company policies.

Work with quality control teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Customer Relationship Management:
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to understand customer needs and enhance satisfaction.

Address escalations and provide solutions to meet customer expectations and foster strong relationships.

Reporting and Analytics:
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Prepare and present reports on department performance, financial metrics, and future projections to senior management.

Strategic Planning:
Assist in the development of short
- and long-term strategies to improve market position, revenue growth, and competitive advantage.

Identify emerging trends, technological advancements, and market opportunities to drive business innovation.

**Qualifications**:
Any Degree

10 years experience

Strong understanding of automotive systems, production processes, and regulatory standards.

Proficiency in ERP software, project management tools, and data analysis.

Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Desired Skills:
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.

Familiarity with new automotive technologies like electric vehicles, autonomous systems, or connected cars.

Proven ability to manage budgets, optimize resources, and work effectively under pressure.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
