collects customer, establishes need, resolves their objections, sends

proposals, by negotiating and finalizing the order or fixing up appointment

with field sales engineer and collecting payment

Presales/Appointment setting
- b) Develop you objection handling techniques

c) Execute the calls to setup meetings

e) Record data on the database tracker. To call customers to understand

their needs, do objection handling, making proposals, negotiate and follow up

till the order gets finalized.
