Sales Coordinator Job Description:*

The Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes. Responsibilities include:
1. *Administrative Support:*
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Handle communication and coordination between sales representatives and other departments.

2. *Order Processing:*
- Process and track sales orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to manage product availability and shipments.

3. *Customer Interaction:*
- Communicate with customers to provide product information, answer queries, and address concerns.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated by the sales team.

4. *Sales Team Assistance:*
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare sales reports and performance analysis for the sales team.

5. *Data Management:*
- Maintain and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate and distribute regular sales reports to the management team.

6. *Market Research:*
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to support the sales strategy.

7. *Collaboration:*
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment between sales and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the finance department to manage invoicing and payment processes.

8. *Problem Resolution:*
- Address and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in handling returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.

9. *Training and Onboarding:*
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members.
- Keep the team informed about product updates, promotions, and sales incentives.

10. *Documentation and Compliance:*
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales contracts, agreements, and other relevant documents.

*Requirements:*
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.

The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial part in optimizing the sales process, fostering customer relationships, and supporting the overall success of the sales team.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Shift:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
