We are searching for a perceptive and committed Sales Coordinator to coordinate with multiple teams/clients.

To be a successful sales coordinator, you should have excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. You should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and sales/marketing teams.
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. and coordination with Finance and accounts teams.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Sales and Marketing teams to deliver effective pre and post-sales support to clients
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients, keep updated records & create reports, Prepare, file and retrieve sales-related documents, like contracts
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Serving as an intermediary between clients and staff members, answering questions from clients about their orders.
- Coordinating tasks such as scheduling meetings, arranging phone conferences, maintaining accurate records of meetings, including minutes, action items, follow up items, and follow up dates.
- Mediate conflicts, negotiate resolutions with customers, work with escalated issues and execute responses.
- Ensure implementation of policies and practices
- Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions
- Help build positive relations within the team and external parties.
- Training, and evaluating employees and taking corrective action when necessary.
- Working with the accounting, marketing and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
- Communicate customer feedback to Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
- Willingness to continue building skills through educational opportunities.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:
