Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with daily operations, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling client inquiries.
  • Maintain and update sales records.
  • Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in similar field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
