**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator.

**Order Processing**:

- Receive and process customer purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the availability of products and services for order fulfillment.
- Track and monitor order status, communicating updates to customers as needed.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide support as needed.

**Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and sales presentations.
- Coordinate sales meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and information are available.
- Generate sales reports and analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

**Communication and Coordination**:

- Communicate effectively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
- Coordinate with logistics and shipping to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with the finance department to handle invoicing and payment processing.

**Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, including customer information, sales records, and leads.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in the development of sales forecasts and targets.

**Event Support**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including booth setup, materials preparation, and coordination of sales team participation.

**Qualifications**
- Sales Coordination, Customer Service, and Communication skills
- Sales and Sales Operations experience
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with sales Team
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Presentations and CRM software
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration(BBA/MBA) or related field.
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
