Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate Sales Activities: Making calls to generate leads. Assist in the coordination of sales activities by scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials, and maintaining sales records and reports.

2. Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer requests.

3. Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, including order entry, order confirmation, and coordinating shipment and delivery schedules.

4. Sales Support: Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential customers. Provide sales representatives with necessary sales data, market research, and competitor analysis.

5. Documentation Management: Maintain sales-related documentation, including contracts, agreements, and sales reports. Ensure proper organization, accuracy, and confidentiality of all sales records.

6. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis for the sales team and management. Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data.

7. Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize sales meetings, conferences. Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and necessary materials.

8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure effective coordination and support for sales activities.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
