**Job Title: Sous Chef - Continental**

**Location**: Gurugram, Haryana
**Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years in a similar role

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in menu planning, food preparation, and plating of Continental cuisine.
- Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficiency and teamwork.
- Maintain inventory, monitor food costs, and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Train and mentor junior chefs to maintain high culinary standards.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on new recipes and kitchen improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Sous Chef - Continental** in a restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine, food trends, and plating techniques.
- Ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
