Sous Chef

We are seeking a passionate Sous chef to join our team at PTR. As a Sous chef you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef and the Head Baker curate diverse menu that fits our mission and ambition to be the number 1 Team Room in Gurugram.
In this pursuit you will be learning to create a delightful array of pastries, cakes and baked goods and continental food that complement our tea room and enchant our patrons. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a key role in enhancing the overall dining experience for our patrons.
Requirements
Experience 2-3 years' experience/ Freshers welcome
Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients and baking methods. Knowledge of Sandwich, Soups and Salad making would be essential.
Creative flair for designing visually appealing and delicious items served at PTR
