Key Responsibilities Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and daily kitchen operations Harness deep knowledge of ingredients, flavors, and textures to create harmonious dishes Supervise food preparation, cooking, and plating to maintain consistency and quality Train, mentor, and motivate junior kitchen staff Ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining calm and efficiency Uphold hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in all kitchen areas Contribute creative ideas for seasonal menus, special events, and signature dishes Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to guarantee fresh, high-quality produce Qualifications Culinary degree or professional training Minimum 7–8years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 1 year in a sous chef role Strong knowledge of cuisines and modern cooking techniques Excellent leadership and teamwork skills Good Communication Skills What We’re Looking For Passion for food and creativity Commitment to quality and sustainability
