**Location**: Mumbai (Field-intensive role across Ghatkopar, Thane, Andheri)
**Reporting to**: Business Development Head, Growth & Marketing

**Key responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with **GPs and external doctors** to drive referrals
- Conduct **daily field** visits and weekly engagement follow-ups
- Ensure **brand presence** through local events, awareness drives, and CMEs
- Track and report referral flow, doctor engagement quality, and conversion metrics
- Collaborate with **marketing and operations** to optimise the referral-to-surgery funnel

**Performance targets**:

- Weekly and monthly **referral count targets**:

- Doctor visit **frequency** and relationship **quality** benchmarks
- Referral-to-conversion rate tracking
- Participation in **local events** and engagement campaigns
- Strong **interpersonal** and **relationship**-building skills

**Requirements**:

- 1-5 years of experience in** field sales or hospital marketing** preferred
- Background in pharma, diagnostics, or hospital **referral roles** is ideal
- Comfortable with local travel and fieldwork; **two-wheeler preferred**:
