**What you’ll be doing**:
- Be a trusted advisor of the hiring managers and other staffing and HR team members; provide leadership in the area of technical talent acquisition.
- Analyze research and understand the requirements to identify qualified talent. Help hiring managers craft compelling job descriptions.
- Identify areas for improvement with the organization and staffing, partner with those necessary to make the change.
- Strive for enthusiastically satisfied clients on every engagement.
**We’re excited if you have**:
- 7+ years of technical recruiting experience with extensive experience recruiting software engineers, programmers, developers, network engineers, and project managers.
- Ability and willingness to recruit for other positions as requested.
