**Procurement Administrator**

**Job Summary**:
**What You Will Do**:

- Manage support tickets for SAP Concur and Oracle NetSuite, responding to procurement-related questions from end-users and finance team members.
- Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.
- Assist with vendor onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures for each subsidiary.
- Prepare reports as required, providing insights and recommendations to the procurement team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement processes are streamlined and efficient.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities including tracking expiration dates and auto-renews on current contracts.

**What You Will Need**:
**Basics**:

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Preferred**:

- Proficiency in SAP Concur and Oracle NetSuite is desirable.
- Familiarity with procurement policies and procedures is an asset.
