**Role Description**:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Administrator located in Bengaluru. The Procurement Administrator will be responsible for end to end admin and Procurement related works (Asset Management, Vendor Management, Spares Arrangements, Store Management, Office Management, Travel Management Etc.). Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as needed to maintain adequate supplies. Maintain the electrical and plumbing activities without any deviation and manage the support team (HK, Electrical & Security) effectively. Maintain CCTV, Access control, FA system, fire control equipment and gas suppression systems through regular monitoring, PPM activities and AMC contracts. Maintain the leasehold improvements inventory and ensure they are well maintained through proper service and PPM activities.

**Key Tasks and Duties**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Assist in sourcing, negotiating and purchasing materials from both local and overseas vendors
- Strong Negotiation skill
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in facilities management or related industry is a plus.
- Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
- Administering the implementation of procurement software or systems to streamline procurement processes.
- Resolving issues with suppliers and vendors regarding shipment delays or quality lapses.
