**Job Title**: Procurement Executive
**Location**: Bangalore

**Department**: Procurement/Supply Chain
**Reports To**: Procurement Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation**: Assist in identifying, sourcing, and evaluating new and existing suppliers to ensure the best prices, quality, and delivery schedules.
- **Purchase Orders**: Create, process, and manage purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- **Vendor Communication**: Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring effective communication regarding order statuses, delivery times, and any discrepancies.
- **Inventory Management Support**: Work closely with the inventory team to monitor stock levels, anticipate needs, and place orders as required to avoid shortages.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including supplier contracts, purchase orders, and payment terms.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry regulations.
- **Cost Optimization**: Assist in identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, pricing, and potential suppliers.
- **Support Procurement Team**: Provide administrative and logístical support to the procurement team as needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with procurement or ERP software.
- Should understand Tally and other software to create PO and GRN
- **Key Competencies**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
