We’re looking for a talented professional with 8+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing and operational excellence to join our dynamic team Experience: 8+ years Focus: Driving enterprise-wide sourcing strategy, managing high-value and complex sourcing projects, leading teams. Responsibilities: - Define and lead global sourcing strategies aligned with corporate goals. - Oversee multiple RFX events and supplier contract negotiations at a strategic level. - Lead, mentor, and develop sourcing teams. - Manage supplier risk, innovation, and long-term partnerships. - Influence executive leadership on sourcing decisions and policies. - Ensure procurement compliance and governance. Skills: - Extensive experience with strategic sourcing, global supplier management, and complex RFPs/RFQs. - Leadership and change management capabilities. - Strong business acumen and stakeholder management at senior levels.
