Procurement Executive

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Procurement Executive** to support the school’s purchasing and supply chain operations. The role involves assisting in sourcing, negotiating, and maintaining stock of school supplies, ensuring smooth and cost-effective procurement aligned with school needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in identifying reliable suppliers and obtaining quotations.
- Support in preparing purchase orders and maintaining procurement records.
- Coordinate with departments to collect requirements (stationery, furniture, teaching aids, etc.).
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Assist in quality checks and stock verification upon receipt of materials.
- Maintain and update vendor database and pricing records.
- Work closely with the accounts team for invoice verification and vendor payments.
- Ensure adherence to school procurement policies and budget limits.
**Eligibility & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in a school/educational setup will be an added advantage.
**Key Skills**:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel & Word).
- Willingness to learn procurement software and processes.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
