**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Job Description:
We have an outstanding career opportunity for a successful experienced Procurement Administrator to join us As a Procurement Specialist, you will assist in our growing procurement process. The primary role of the Procurement Administrator is to manage contracts, contract negotiations including pricing and contract terms and conditions. You will work closely with a variety of the different departments on upcoming purchases to obtain approvals and preparation of purchase orders.

Position Responsibilities:

- Managing the procurement of products and services
- Managing & Maintaining vendor contracts
- Negotiating and redlining vendor contracts terms and conditions
- Working with compliance team on gathering vendor privacy and security requirements
- Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholder to efficiently drive the contract review and approval process.
- Assist in other contract management duties that may arise.

Position Requirements:

- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration or 4+ years of proven working in procurement
- Excellent negotiation skills, verbal and written communications and a self-starter
- Versed in working in an international environment.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly developed attention to detail and interpersonal skills
