We are looking for a Procurement Executive with 2-3 years of experience plays a vital role in managing an organization's procurement processes, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The core responsibilities and qualifications typically associated with this role include:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supplier Management**: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods.
- **Procurement Process Management**: Oversee procurement activities, including preparing and processing purchase orders, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships to achieve favorable terms.
- **Inventory Control**: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with internal teams to prevent stock outs and manage stock replenishment effectively.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, pricing, and supplier options, ensuring informed decision-making in procurement strategies.
- **Compliance and Reporting**: Ensure adherence to procurement policies and legal regulations, maintain accurate records of purchases, and prepare regular reports on procurement activities and expenses.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is typically required.

**Experience**:
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles, with a proven track record in supplier sourcing, negotiations, and procurement process management.

**Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools, such as SAP or other ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends, evaluate supplier proposals, and conduct cost analyses.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address procurement challenges effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹330,000.00 - ₹380,000.00 per year
