Location: Pune, Maharastra Job Description: Procurement Executive (Fresher - BBA in Supply Chain Management) Job Type: Full-Time About Us: GiftAbled Foundation is a leading organization in disability sector committed to efficient supply chain and procurement practices. We are seeking a dynamic fresher with a BBA in Supply Chain Management to join our procurement team and contribute to vendor management, cost optimization, and purchasing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Assist in vendor sourcing, selection, and negotiations for cost-effective procurement. Support the purchase order process, supplier coordination, and contract management. Work closely with finance, operations, and logistics teams for procurement planning. Analyze supplier performance, market trends, and cost structures to improve purchasing decisions. Ensure all procurement activities follow company policies and compliance standards. Utilize ERP software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Excel for procurement tracking and reporting. Maintain supplier databases and assist in inventory control. Support procurement in cost-saving initiatives and process improvements. Skills & Qualifications: Education: BBA in Supply Chain Management (mandatory). Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Attention to detail for procurement documentation and compliance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic financial knowledge (budgeting, cost control, and supplier pricing).Proficiency in MS Excel, procurement tools, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Language Requirements: English - For business communication and documentation. Hindi - To interact with vendors and suppliers across India. Tamil Being multilingual is a plus for handling vendors across different regions. Who Should Apply? Fresh graduates (BBA in Supply Chain) passionate about procurement and vendor management.
