**Job Overview**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **1. PR Campaign Development and Execution**_
- _ Design and implement strategic PR campaigns to increase the company’s visibility and credibility.
- Coordinate media relations strategies to maintain a positive image and maximize media exposure.
- **2. Cross-Functional Collaboration**_
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure PR efforts align with the broader marketing and business objectives.
- Maintain open and transparent communication with senior management regarding PR activities and strategic alignment.
- **3. Content Creation and Management**_
- Edit and update promotional materials, brochures, publications, and press kits to reflect current messaging and brand values.
- Prepare and distribute press releases to relevant media outlets, ensuring effective media coverage and timely outreach.
- **4. Media and Journalist Relations**_
- Address media inquiries promptly, manage press interviews, and build relationships with journalists, editors, and other key media contacts.
- Act as the point of contact for media outlets, fostering strong relationships to ensure ongoing media engagement.
- **5. Performance Tracking and Reporting**_
- Track and analyze media coverage to gauge PR campaign effectiveness and report findings to management.
- Prepare and submit PR reports detailing campaign performance, media mentions, and other critical metrics.
- **6. Award Nominations and Recognition Management**_
- Research and coordinate award nominations to ensure the organization receives recognition in relevant fields.
- Proactively seek opportunities for awards that align with the organization’s achievements and strategic goals.
- **7. Stakeholder Relationship Management**_
- Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school principals and other community leaders, to enhance the organization’s public image.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in media relations, content management, and campaign analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
