**Job Summary**:

- Associate Professor for Master of Computer Applications (MCA) program at Srusti Academy of Management is responsible for providing academic and administrative leadership to the department. The role involves curriculum development, faculty mentoring, industry collaborations, and ensuring the overall growth and excellence of the MCA program.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the MCA program's academic vision, mission, and goals aligned with Srusti Academy of Management's strategic plan.
- Oversee curriculum development, review, and enhancement to ensure it meets industry standards and academic rigor.
- Foster a culture of research, innovation, and scholarly activities among faculty and students.
- Promote interdisciplinary collaborations within the institute to enhance MCA program's relevance.
- Manage the department's budget, resources, and infrastructure effectively.
- Oversee faculty recruitment, development, and performance evaluation.
- Coordinate student admissions, placements, and industry interactions.
- Maintain strong relationships with industry partners for internships, placements, and joint research projects.
- Represent the department at various academic and administrative forums.

**Qualifications**:

- Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field with Exp. of 4years to 5 years.
- Proven teaching and research experience at the postgraduate level as per AICTE norms.
- Strong leadership and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative learning environment.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
