**Job Overview**:
The Operations Associate will play a key role in supporting the execution of the marketing campaign by coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. This role involves managing logistics, tracking progress, and assisting in the day-to-day operations of the marketing team to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in coordinating logistics for marketing campaigns, including event planning and resource management.
- Work closely with the marketing, content, and agents to ensure alignment and smooth execution of campaigns.
- Track campaign progress, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure that data collection and reporting procedures are standardized across teams.
- Help manage communication between departments and resolve operational issues as they arise.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and updating documentation.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM).
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Trello, Asana, or similar).
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
