**Exotic Vegetable Sales Executive**

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and spearhead the expansion of our exotic vegetable sales in the Bhubaneswar region. As a vital part of our growth strategy, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with buyers, identifying new sales opportunities, and exceeding sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow the customer base and increase market share for exotic vegetables.
- Identify and qualify potential leads within the Bhubaneswar region, including restaurants, supermarkets, specialty food stores, and distributors.
- Proactively engage with existing customers to maintain relationships, understand their needs, and cross-sell additional products.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with new and existing customers to ensure profitability.
- Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise on exotic vegetables to educate customers and address their queries.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop and execute effective sales campaigns and promotions.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and prepare regular reports to track progress and make informed decisions.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness and network with potential clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the food and beverage industry or with exotic vegetables.
- A strong understanding of the Bhubaneswar market and its potential for exotic vegetable sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proven ability to identify and qualify leads, negotiate deals, and close sales.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
