Position Overview:

The Indoor Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in the store, managing product displays, ensuring smooth billing operations, and maintaining a pleasant shopping environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a passion for retail sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in identifying products as per their requirements.
  • Ensure shelves are fully stocked, organized, and properly labeled.
  • Promote and upsell products to enhance customer experience and store sales.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support the billing and cash counter team when required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and visual standards of the store.
  • Coordinate with the Store Manager for stock replenishment and product availability.
  • Participate in inventory checks and help prevent shrinkage.
  • Follow company policies, dress code, and code of conduct at all times.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of retail sales and customer service
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic computer knowledge (preferred)
  • Time management and multitasking skills

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Education: Graduate (Any Stream)
  • Experience: Freshers can apply; experience in retail sales will be an added advantage
  • Age: 20 30 years preferred
