**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them in selecting têxtile products based on their needs.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of product features, fabric types, and usage.
- Maintain the store’s visual merchandising and ensure the display is attractive and up-to-date.
- Handle customer queries, offer suggestions, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the store.
- Maintain stock levels and inform the management of product requirements.
- Travel locally (if needed) to meet customer or store-related needs.
- Prepare daily sales reports and provide feedback to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/English/Regional language).
- Presentable appearance with a friendly and confident personality.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Basic knowledge of têxtiles or a keen interest to learn.
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as per retail hours.
