Front Office Associate

The Front Office Associate is responsible for assisting with the check-in and check-out processes, providing administrative support to the front desk team, and ensuring that guests’ needs are met. This role includes answering phone calls, managing reservations, and performing various clerical tasks related to guest service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests at the front desk and assist with check-in and check-out.
- Maintain reservation records and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist in processing payments and issuing receipts to guests.
- Assist guests with luggage, directions, or requests for additional services such as transportation or concierge.
- Maintain accurate logs of guest requests and feedback.
- Ensure all guest information is entered correctly into the hotel’s property management system.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared and available according to guest preferences.
- Provide information to guests regarding hotel amenities, policies, and local attractions.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials (e.g., forms, brochures).
- Handle guest complaints or requests with a professional and customer-oriented approach.
- Support the Front Office Executive in all administrative and operational tasks as required.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and computer systems.
- A team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist in various tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
