Product Management Associate Location: BhubaneswarType: Full-timeAbout the Role: As a Product Management Associate at LPG Guru , you will work closely with the product team to build, refine, and scale our SaaS platform for LPG distributors. You will help translate business needs into product requirements, drive feature development, ensure smooth releases, and improve overall product adoption. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn end-to-end product lifecycle management in a fast-growing startup.Key Responsibilities: Conduct user discovery and research (interviews, feedback collection, contextual observation) with distributors and internal teams; synthesize findings into actionable insights.Write clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and basic wireframes or low-fidelity mockups.Coordinate with engineering, design, operations, and QA to deliver features on schedule.Plan and execute UAT and regression checks; validate new releases before deployment.Track product metrics (adoption, retention, task completion, error rates) and produce short data-driven recommendations.Support roadmap planning, sprint grooming, and produce release notes and simple rollout plans.Help create automation workflows (CRM triggers, notifications, IVR flows) and improve UX across modules (CRM, IVRS, Marketplace).Own smaller end-to-end features or enhancements and take responsibility for post-release follow-up (bug fixes, adoption improvements).What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree; MBA or product certification is a plus (not mandatory).1-2 years experience in product, operations, QA, support, or other tech-driven roles (internship/college projects count).Basic understanding of product lifecycle, UI/UX principles, and SaaS concepts.Strong analytical mindset and comfort interpreting basic product data (Google Sheets, simple SQL queries a plus).Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to write crisp PRDs and user stories.Familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets, Figma (or basic wireframing), Notion, JIRA/ClickUp, Postman.Familiarity with CRMs, IVR/telephony concepts, workflow automation or API basics is an advantage.Comfortable working in a fast-changing startup environment and juggling priorities.How to ApplySend your resume and a brief cover letter to with the subject line:“Application – Product Management Associate – (Your Name)”Start Date: Immediate joining preferred.Benefits / PerksPerformance evaluated against KPIs, product delivery, and ownership.Opportunity to work directly with product leads and founders on core modules.Learn modern SaaS product building, user research, automation, and design workflows.
