**Job Title: Sales Representative**

**Location: Hyderabad, Telangana**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct both cold and warm calls to prospective customers to introduce our service product and generate sales opportunities.
- Engage in proactive outreach to targeted leads, as well as follow up on inbound inquiries to identify potential clients.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective lead qualification and nurturing.
- Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for reaching sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed sales.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
- Experience in B2B sales is a plus.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
